Portuguese and Spanish handwriting 17th century

This is a model trained on late 17th century Portuguese and Spanish handwriting with some romanized Hebrew words, based on the Annual Accounts of the Spanish & Portuguese Jews Congregation in London 5436-5441, 1676-1682.

The account books were written by scribes of Portuguese and Spanish origin, each with a their own script, abbreviations and spelling.

This model is based on the General Portuguese model that has been trained to recognize many unique words, names, and events in this fledgling Jewish community. It will be updated as needed to include new account books and changing scribes.
