How to use Transkribus Sites

Ready to bring your document collections to life? 

Follow these simple steps to create a digital space where your transcriptions can shine:

• Go to app.transkribus.eu and start setting up your Transkribus Site by moving to the Sites workspace and click on the ‘Create New Site’ in the top right corner. 
• Now you can add the documents you want to publish and even  customise your Site’s appearance, such as brand colours. 
• Save the settings and preview the website to see if you need to make any additional changes!

Once your Transkribus Site is ready, the last step is to share it with the world and go public!

Simply click on the publishing button in the top right corner and choose how many pages you want to publish by selecting the type of licence you want to purchase. On our Sites Subscription Plans page, you can see what licence you need to publish all your documents.
Your Transkribus Site becomes a living database that can regularly be updated with new documents from Transkribus Desk, making it a dynamic resource for everyone.
