Uploading images

In the “Upload” tab of the single collection view (for this, click on a collection in the collection overview) images as well as PDF files can be uploaded. The default uploader is the image uploader. Images in jpeg or png format can be uploaded with this upload option. All you have to do is define a document title for the document the images will be uploaded to and select the images you want to upload from your machine. Once you have selected the images you will see all the selected images in a list. Before uploading you can still remove images from this list. Once your images are ready for uploading, just hit submit and the images will be uploaded to the new document that you have defined. You will be redirected to the jobs page to view your upload job. You can see the status of the job and once the job is finished, you can click on the job to get to the newly created document. Please reload the page to see if the status has changed. All your documents can be managed on the collection page, read more about managing documents here.

Uploading PDF files

In the same way to the image upload, you can upload PDF files with the PDF upload option. For this, you need to click on the PDF upload option at the top right. You can upload multiple PDF files at a time. For every PDF file that you upload a new document will be created in your collection. The title of the document will be the name of the PDF document that you have uploaded. Like with the image upload, you will be redirected to the jobs page to view your upload job or jobs in case you have uploaded multiple documents. You can see the status of the jobs and once a job is finished, you can click on the job to get to the newly created document. Please reload the page to see if the status has changed.
