Export

If you want to work with your images and transcriptions outside of Transkribus, you can export your documents to more common formats, such as DOCX, PDF, EXCEL or TXT.  Options include exporting whole pages, images, text, or structural elements.

Client Export

When using the client export in Transkribus in order to export transcriptions, the files will be saved directly on your computer at the indicated location. A job will be started as soon as you have started the client export. You can check the progress via the jobs window.

Server Export

If you choose the Server export option, the export will be processed on the Transkribus server and you will receive a link to download your files. The export will not slow your computer down and the process will not be interrupted if you switch your computer off.
